Our Story
LEMUSA is driven by Saylem and Creusa, two professionals trained in Kitchen Management who share a common vision: to cook, organise and accompany with excellence and sensitivity.
- Saylem has refined her craft in benchmark kitchens such as Arzak and Quique Dacosta, developing a contemporary, precise and creative outlook on gastronomy. She is an active part of the LEMUSA Catering team, bringing technique, creativity and a deep connection with produce.
- Creusa, with over five years of experience in management, operations and direction, contributes structure, strategic vision and an innate ability to coordinate teams and experiences. She is also part of the LEMUSA Catering team, where her professionalism shines through every detail of the service.
The Culinary Proposal
Our culinary proposal blends conscious cooking, reinterpreted Canarian flavours and an attention to detail that turns every celebration into an intimate, memorable experience. We work with local, seasonal produce, respecting its identity and its territory, while also adapting to the tastes, preferences and needs of each client — crafting personal menus that reflect their vision and style.
